Accreditation Fees

Institutional Members who wish to seek accreditation must first become a Candidate for Accreditation and then if the candidate is awarded accreditation by the THEA Board of Commissioners, the Candidate Member becomes an Accredited Member and designated appropriately. Costs for candidacy and accreditation are listed below. Travel expenses for the site visit team are to be covered by the Institutional Member.

  • Paid with the submission of the Candidate’s Self-Evaluation.

Accreditation Site Visit Deposit

  • A €3,000 deposit is paid to cover the costs of the site visit expert team (travel, lodging, other direct expenses).
  • After the conclusion of the site visit, any difference will be refunded/invoiced.

Accreditation maintanance

  • Paid each year starting the year after accreditation is granted
