Dr. Maurice R. Forget is a business school professor, organizational psychologist, and certified brain-based leadership coach with over a decade of senior leadership experience in executive and graduate education. He holds a doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania, where his research focused on emotional intelligence across cultures under the supervision of Dr. Robbin Chapman, Associate Dean at Harvard University.

He is a Fellow at the Institute of Coaching (McLean/Harvard Medical School), a board member of IFSC—Brain Health France, an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), and a graduate of the NeuroLeadership Institute’s Brain-Based Coaching program. His work bridges organizational psychology, global leadership, and neuroscience-based performance, focusing on developing complex social-emotional meta-competencies in leaders operating across systems and cultures.

Dr. Forget currently leads the international triple-crown accreditation strategy at SolBridge International School of Business in South Korea. Over the past two decades, he has lived and worked across five countries on three continents and teaches globally, with faculty roles in the U.S., Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia.
