William Muldoon is an executive leader with over two decades directing complex, internationally oriented organisations across aerospace, space, higher education, and government — most recently as Executive Vice President of the International Space University in Strasbourg, and previously at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. 

He has held statutory executive authority across Germany, France, and the US, with full P&L responsibility for a €100M+ operation and 200 staff, and has built partnerships with organisations including Airbus, Boeing, ESA, NASA, and the US Departments of State and Defense. A Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society and the Royal Society of Arts and a Member of the Institute of Directors, he completed doctoral research on artificial intelligence in higher education.
