 | Rajiv Gandhi Production and Arts Polytechnic College (PAPC), named in honor of Indian Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi under Government Resolution No. 197 (1995), is a state-owned vocational and technical education institution located in the Sukhbaatar District of Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. Originally established in 1960 and formally designated a polytechnic college in 2012, PAPC currently serves over 2,150 students through 130+ faculty and staff, offering 36 vocational and technical programmes across five branches and seven academic departments, including Natural Sciences, Information Technology, Engineering and Technology, Industrial Production, Service Industries, and Arts and Design. The college has graduated more than 45,000 students since its founding. PAPC has completed three cycles of national institutional accreditation (2005, 2011, 2022) and holds 12 programme-level accreditations. In 2024 it became the first TVET institution in Mongolia to achieve dual ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 21001:2018 certification, and it was ranked first nationally in the Mongolian Ministry of Education's 2024 institutional performance evaluation, scoring 97.6%.
