Originally established in 1960 and formally designated a polytechnic college in 2012, PAPC currently serves over 2,150 students through 130+ faculty and staff, offering 36 vocational and technical programmes across five branches and seven academic departments, including Natural Sciences, Information Technology, Engineering and Technology, Industrial Production, Service Industries, and Arts and Design. The college has graduated more than 45,000 students since its founding. PAPC has completed three cycles of national institutional accreditation (2005, 2011, 2022) and holds 12 programme-level accreditations.
